Cop The Red Carpet - The Brits 2016

Hello my loves, one more day until the weekend!! It was a big night for the UK last night and for the lady of the moment, Adele! As always I was glued to the red carpet and the show afterwards to get get all the details for you guys. Here's my Brit Awards 2016 breakdown!

Was anyone else sad about it being Ant & Dec's last Brits as presenters?? They always pull it out of the bag and keep the crowd going. It will be very hard to find a recplacement to fill their boots! With performances from Justin Bebier, James Bay, Rihanna and the Weekend to name a few, the Brits was definitely not to be missed. Fashion wise, Julien Macdonald had a few styles on the red carpet and there was even a war of who wore it better when Jess Wright and Maya Jama showed up in the same dress - CRINGE!!!

A memorable moment of the Brits was Annie Lennox and Gary Oldman's moving speeches on the late, great David Bowie. Lorde's outstanding performance of Life on Mars was the performance of the night, very emotional! He really is irreplaceable and the standing ovation of both the speeches and performance showed that. Who else was surprised to see Drake?! I actually said to my mum before the show that I thought Drake would be there to perform. Totally crushing over him and Rihanna and their raunchy performance. She definitely was 'whining like it was his all the time'!! I'm still loving The Weekend, his performance was one of my favourites also. Vocals are off the scale and I love every single one of his songs, definitely my favourite artist at the moment!! Honourable mention to Little Mix! You NEED to give these girls their props for the performance they put on. They kill it everytime they perform , big fan! But as expected, when Adele took to the stage, queen shut everything down! I don't know if it was just me, but I was waiting on something Madonna like happening like it did last year, still can get over that! Thank god everything went without a hitch!

Now on to fashion! My favourite look of the night goes to none other than the sensational Jourdan Dunn! Can we take a minute???! Fresh off the runway, she wore a Julien Macdonald fishtail dress which fitted her enviable body like s glove. She posted on her Instagram saying she was running late, but when you look like that, your definitely worth the wait! Another favourite was Laura Whitmore, who also wore a Julien Macdonald dress. Love this designer, 100% red carpet worthy! My best dressed male goes to James Bay. Black suits never go out of fashion and the fact he left his hair down and wore his signature hat, it's current and it worked for him! Now let's move onto some looks for less.

First we have Laura Whitmore. As mentioned above she wore a mini, sequin, feather Julien Macdonald dress which she styled with a choker. Chokers are all the rage at the minute, they can really set a look off. You can get this dress from Nastygal for £54. It's mini, it's got the feather bottom and the choker to match, perfect!

Next is Lana Del Rey. She looked timeless in her floral tie maxi dress. This is so Lana's style and she wears it well. The first dress is from H&M and you can get it for £29.99. It has the tie in the middle and floral pattern!
Link - http://www2.hm.com/en_gb/productpage.0367679001.html
The second dress is from Boohoo and at the amazing price of £18!! It doesn't have the long sleeves however the pattern is more similar than the first dress to Lana's. It's light, it's fresh and it's a great price. Why not!
Link - http://www.boohoo.com/maxi-dresses/fionna-chiffon-butterfly-print-open-back-maxi-dress/invt/azz67242

I'm squeezing this one in here for the boys. Bomber jackets for both male and female are on trend at the minute. Justin Bieber wore a Saint Laurent palm tree printed bomber jacket which costs £1,565.00! It has that vintage look to it and I managed to find a website that sells vintage bomber jackets! I didn't pick any in particular but I will link the website so you can go on and see what is to your liking!

With the Oscars just round the corner, stay tuned for me next cop the red carpet. I've got really exciting stuff in the works at the moment which I can't wait to share with my readers! As always, get in touch with what you would like to see. Have a great night! Until next time..

ITS YEEZY SZN!!!!

Hi guys! Hope you are all having a fabulous day, whatever you may be doing. The wait is now over!! This post is quite special to me as it is the first male request I've had, which to remind you all my blog is for both male and female so boys don't hold back. I know you thought I had forgotten about you all but I have taken my time with this one so it was perfect! One rapper turned designer takes over fashion week whenever he is featured and for everyone who can't afford his price tag, here are some looks for less for all you lovely people. It's Yeezy Season!!! ..

At first to be honest when I seen Yeezy Szn 1 I thought 'what's the big deal? It's all jumpers and leggings!' But it does take a true lover of fashion to appreciate it. It's cutting edge, it's raw street style and the colours are just heaven! Now 3 seasons in, I'm still obsessed and so must be all you guys! The nudes, the mauves, khaki's and browns, all simple colours but styled so right and made effective. And the models? So enviable and have #wcw written all over them! Congrats to anyone(if anyone) who managed to grab a pair of Yeezy Boosts! The boosts weren't requested however just for anyone who wants to know, Adidas and Nike do similar trainers with the knitted style. I know it's normally ladies first, but since this was first requested by a man, let's start with them!

Kanye loves an oversized look, especially with the guys. He adds layer upon layer and mixes colours. First of all is this long khaki hooded cardigan. This is from H&M and comes in at £28. You can get it in different shades of grey, black or this khaki colour. Add a nude or brown jumper underneath to complete the Yeezy look.
Link - http://www2.hm.com/en_gb/productpage.0198307011.html

Next is these sweatpants, you can get them in a number of different colours. This grey is perfect as you can wear a darker jumper then layer the cardigan on top. It would be a complete look and would rival the street style Kanye brings. These are also from H&M and come in at £14.99, absolute bargain!
Link - http://www2.hm.com/en_gb/productpage.0311130002.html

To complete the look, we have this brown jumper. This is from Asos, it is an online exclusive so get it for £28! Wear this with the cardigan over and with the sweatpants and your ready to go. I would recommend maybe getting the jumper a size bigger than you normally would, to give off the baggy look that Kanye is so famous for.
Link - http://www2.hm.com/en_gb/productpage.0311130002.html

If you wanted, you could add a cap of your choice and pull the cardigan hood up over it. Add trainers or a pair of boots depending on your preferred style. It's funny how these colours compliment each other as well as they do, but it works. Now, here comes the girls!!

First, we have this stone coloured bomber jacket. You can get this for £38 from Fashion Prescription. This colour is perfect if you want to go for the light Yeezy style. Whatever you wear it with, leave it unzipped and like the men, layer it over a jumper/hoodie!
Link - http://www.fashionprescription.org/store/p5537/Harper_Bomber_Jacket_%28stone%29.html

Second is this nude bodysuit. Depending on your skin tone, this could blend perfectly and give off that barely there look. You can get this from missguided for the bargain price of £10. Depending how brave you feel, wear this on its own with a similar colour of leg warmers like Yeezy's models do.
Link - https://www.missguided.co.uk/clothing/category/tops/bodysuits/sleeveless-bodysuit-nude

Next up is this crop jumper. It's got the distressed style to it which makes it even more like Yeezy Szn. You can get this from a website called Silkfred for £30. It comes in different colours but this khaki is my favourite. Layer it over the nude bodysuit!
Link - http://www.silkfred.com/boutiques/cats-got-the-cream/clothing/destroyed-cropped-khaki-sweater

Last but not least are these leggings, both from American Apparel. I love American Apparel for their colours! They are also really good for skin coloured clothing which is a hot topic at the moment. Firstly you have these nude crop leggings, they are £20. The crop style is perfect to pair with ankle boots which Kanye dressed some of the models like. Then there is these full length brown leggings. Again this brown colour is very Yeezy Szn and surprisingly goes with more colours and clothing than you would think. These are £24. Either of these leggings can be used to complete the look I have been going for.

Link 2 - http://store.americanapparel.co.uk/cotton-spandex-jersey-legging_8328

Well there you go guys and gals! Even if you don't like the style, these colours are a must have. I hope those who requested are happy, I made sure these looks were prefect for you and within a decent price range. As I mentioned, add a cap to any look and pull your hood over to add that extra Yeezy touch. As always get in touch for what you would like to see and thank you all for keeping me going. Until next time..

Fake It Till You Make It!

Hello loves! Hope your week has started off amazingly!! Today's post is all about fake tan. I've been asked by those who follow me on social media what is my go to self tan so I thought I would make a list of all my favourites and share it with you guys..

I couldn't just whittle it down to one tan. It just depends on how tan I want to be. First of all I'll start with what I use on my face. When I was younger I used to paste on whatever tan was close at hand, however now I'm older, I'm pickier. James Read sleep mask tan is the ONLY tan I use on my face. My skin can get irritated easily and as I've got older some tans would go darker on my face compared to my body or it would break me out. Sleep mask tan is heaven in a bottle! It's a little pricey but worth every penny and you only need a small amount, so it will last for a while! Apply it just like you would your moisturiser. It is clear which I know some people like tan to go on with a guide, but I can honestly say I've never had an issue with streaking and it gives you such a natural glow. It's not orange or cakey in the slightest which you can find with tan on the face. It also doesn't transfer onto your pillow so clean sheets all round. I could go on and on about this product until the cows come home but seriously have a try and see for yourself, you will not be disappointed!! All hail James Read!!
Link - http://www.jamesreadtan.com/overnight/sleep-mask-tan-face

Second up is Xen Tan dark lotion. I have been using this for about 4 years. Used by Gok Wan, Duncan James and Una Healy to name a few, everything about this tan ticks the boxes. First of all, the smell is my favourite out of any tan. I can't really explain it, there's been times I've thought it smells kinda coconut-y, but it's a sweet smell which is pleasant compared to the biscuit like smell some tans give off. Secondly, it has a guide on colour which helps you to spot any bits you've missed and prevent streaks. Even though I use the dark, once you jump in the shower, it gives you a lovely bronze colour which is refreshing. It has a nice undertone which makes you look more tan than orange if that makes sense? It's a must have and I always have a bottle of it at hand, it never fails!
Link - https://www.xen-tan.co.uk/products/see_all/xen-tan_dark_lotion/

Next up is Crazy Angel. I use the 8% DHA midnight kiss. This tan again had a great scent and colour. I normally use this tan if I want to be a little darker. What I like doing with this tan when I'm on holiday for the first few days, is mix a little of it with my moisturiser and it makes me a subtle brown colour. It fades well and doesn't leave you patchy which is another love about this tan. It's also great value for money and doesn't cost a fortune. One bottle lasts ages! If you like being extra tan then this is definitely for you, so give it a try, it's a bargain!

Next is pretty much everyone's holy grail tan, St Tropez! One of my loves of this tan is that it is effective yet subtle. It's not cakey, orange or brown, it looks just like a holiday tan minus the sun! I feel like I don't need to talk this tan up, the tan speaks for itself and has been on many runways including the most enviable Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. I use the classic bronzing mousse, it's just delightful!!
Link - http://www.sttropeztan.co.uk/self-tan-classic-bronzing-mousse-240ml/

Last but not least, Sienna X instant bronzing gel. I recently purchased this and I've fell in love, especially for last minute tan emergencies. What I notice about some instant tans is they can have a reddish undertone, which isn't ideal when you want to look tan and not like a lobster! It goes on evenly, no streaks and once applied, your ready to go. On the occasions I have used this, it hasn't stained my clothes or anything which is always a plus with a white outfit! I'm new to the Sienna X products but they have everything from tan prep down to mitts. I'm looking forward to trying some more of their stuff, I love the colour!
Link - http://sienna-x.co.uk/product/instant-bronzing-gel-200ml

Honourable mentions have to go to my teenage must haves - St Moritz and Rimmel Sun Shimmer. I'm sure 90% of girls have used these tans over the years and they don't need an introduction. Always good if you are on a budget!

Thank you for requesting this post and giving me the chance to let me share some of my beauty secrets. If there are any products you haven't tried, give them a chance and let me know what you think of them. As always guys, get in touch and let me know what you want to see. Have a great night!

Cop The Red Carpet - The Grammy's

Hello my loves! Hope you all had an amazing weekend, sorry it has been a few days since my last post, I had a very busy weekend. So last night was the Grammy's, as always I was glued to the red carpet to see the latest trends and who pulled it out of the bag. One particular look kept popping up and today that is what this Cop the Red Carpet will be about - Let's get the high slit look for less..

As pictured above :- Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift, Demi Levato, Ciara and Lady Gaga donned the high split. Each outfit different, but equally as gorgeous! The high split is a great style to show a bit of leg and it provides a better look at your shoes. Like Demi, the split can be at the front, subtle but classy. The slit could be at the side, concentrating on the one leg and covering the other. Or you can get Ciara's extreme thigh split, very sexy but very revealing. In my opinion, this look is great for the red carpet! I think it's became increasingly popular from Angelinas side leg stance at the Oscars in 2012. It's a very edgy look and celebrities are getting more risky with it which I'm loving. Ciara completely killed it, toned legs for days and as confident as they come, #wcw for sure!! I have to mention Lady Gaga's look. She is known for her out of the box, quirky looks but as of recently, she's been fairly toned down. Her look was definitely a top pick as she paid homage to the late David Bowie, fantastic! This morning I was on the hunt for style steals for you all who are feeling adventurous.

This is the first look, cop Taylor and Demi's style and go or a two piece. This co-ord set comes in black berry and nude. The spilt at the side allows more movement, subtle thigh in midi style. This set is £15 from Boohoo. Pair it with ankle strap heels to complete the look.
Link - http://www.boohoo.com/new-in/jess-cut-away-top-slit-front-midi-skirt-co-ord-set/invt/dzz89879

The second look is this slinky maxi dress. The split is up the middle, giving ample opportunity for both legs to make an appearance. The waist band and tulip style bottom gives the hourglass body
illusion, great for you ladies who like to show off their body shape! The colour in this picture is Ox Blood however it comes in various different colours. It is £20 from pretty little thing, great buy!

The next two looks are for those who want the extreme thigh look and aren't afraid to show some major skin. This third look is a deep plunge, extreme thigh dress. Girls always think deep plunge is for bigger busts which isn't the case. For the girls with a smaller bust, pair this with a body chain to add a little sexiness. Remember the tape to make sure everything stays in place! For pants, you could wear a string thong which you can lift the straps up above the split however nowadays there are so many invisible pants and cups that you can buy to wear to give the no underwear look. This is a bit dearer at £55 from the peace + love collection from missguided.
Link - https://www.missguided.co.uk/dresses/maxi-dresses/peace-love-plunge-maxi-dress-black

Last but not least, the fourth look is this strappy back, extreme thigh gladiator style dress. Backless is always in style and the straps at the back and thighs adds the extra punch to the basic dress. This is perfect for those who want to show more. The tabard style at the front allows showing of both legs. You can get this dress from pretty little thing for £20 in the colours black, red or navy, bargain!

Well there you have it, are you daring enough to cop the trend? Thanks for reading guys, I was sent a ton of valentines looks yesterday for steal that style, you guys have been busy! I am working on them just now and will get one up for you tomorrow. Stay tuned for my skincare secrets which will feature the 8 hour cream I was sent from Elizabeth Arden. As always, get in touch and let me know what you want to see. Have a great day loves!!

Steal That Style - Hadid Special

Hi loves, first of all I would like to thank each and every one of you. The reception my blog has had since I started last week has been exceptional and I'm overwhelmed with how many of you appreciate what I'm doing and are keeping me going with requests. It means a lot! As promised, here's my first steal that style of the week and I've squeezed two in for you! Since both looks were requested and they are sisters I thought why not! So here is Bella and Gigi Hadid's looks for less..

Let's start with Bella, I'm obsessed with them both but Bella is low key my favourite! Bella was spotted in this outfit as she entered a restraunt in Hollywood. She is wearing a Yeezy Long sleeve camo jumper, which is sold out online. She pairs it with an Alexander Wang Mini Rockie bag and Gianvito Rossi Rolling Boots to cover those smoking long pins. This baggy jumper/boot trend is in, it's very grunge which is my cup of tea. Camo also is back in style which I'm loving. It's funny because when I was a teenager, you wouldn't be caught dead wearing camo it was very much a boy thing, how times change!

Here is my look for less items. This Camo jumper is from Topman, now I know it's a boys top but we get the desired baggy look this way and if nobody see's the label - nobody knows. Roll up the sleeves to get Bella's look and your good to go! The jumper is £30.
Next is the boots, these are from Public Desire. Girls if you haven't checked them out, you need to! They are my go to for shoes, and the price is so good for the style. They are a definite style steal and with Gianvito Rossi boots coming in at a whopping $1,554.95, £39.99 isn't so bad! Links below.

Last but not least, we have the gorgeous Miss Gigi. She wore this dress to the Harper's Bazaar icons event. Her dress obvcourse is a Balmain X H&M Dress which I'm sure all you fashion freaks like me will know are gold dust!!! She wore a pair of Dolce & Gabbana CrissCross-Strap Sandals to complete the look. Now this dress was requested a few times, it can't be purchased online so I have found two options for you.

First is this strapless Aztec style dress. It obviously doesn't have the same neckline or have sleeves however if you guys wanted something with a similar pattern, then this is ideal. You can get this dress on Pink Boutique. It comes in at £40.
Second is this pearl embellished dress. I've seen these going about for a while now, I think they are perfect to channel the Balmain look and they are absolutely stunning on. You can get this on Fashion Prescription for £55. Links below.

Dress 1 - http://www.pinkboutique.co.uk/command-black-white-aztec-print-bandage-dress.html
Dress 2 http://www.fashionprescription.org/store/p4995/%27WOMANS_WORTH%27_DRESS.html

So there you have it girls, will you steal their style? Thanks again everyone who requested these looks and I hope your happy with them, let me know! I'm working on more looks sent to me which I'll try to have up asap. I've been sent more things to review also which I'm putting to the test. As always guys, get in touch with anything you would like to see and don't forget to follow me on Instagram to get the latest. Have a great day!!

Cop The Red Carpet - Jennifer Lopez

Happy Sunday!! The weekend goes in WAY too fast right? This look was requested by a lovely lady and I have managed to find the look for less. My first cop the red carpet is Jennifer Lopez at the Golden Globes 2016!!..

Now anyone who follows me on social media will know Jlo has been my longest running WCW and everytime she steps on a red carpet, her look is in my top 3. She has been shutting it down for years and I will always be obsessed with her. No matter what she wears, she always looks amazing and her body is a completely different kettle of fish! She wore a Giambattista Valli Haute Couture dress. The canary shade had mixed reviews but I personally think it works. She paired the look with a Judith Leiber Couture crystal herringbone clutch, Jimmy Choo heels and well over 200 carats of Harry Winston Diamonds. The cape dress is very in style at the moment and I have found a few high street dresses to channel some J to the LO.

This red dress is from Asos. Instead of being more covered at the front, it has a plunging neckline which is also on trend. Pair the dress with a body chain to add sexiness to the look with the low front. The dress comes in at £24. The white dress is most like Jlo's, you can buy it from Rare London. All this dress needs is a wreath necklace, nothing too big to complete the look. The dress is slit and the side, perfect opportunity for some side leg! This dress comes in at £25. I have linked both dresses at the bottom of this post.

Both dresses are fantastic for the price and ideal for any special occasion you have in your diary. Being very in style, you are certain to turn heads in these dresses. Thanks once again for requesting this look. I am working on all of your requests and will have them done this week. I have also been sent a ton of stuff in the mail to review which I'm very excited about so stay tuned to see what I hate or rate. As always, don't forget to contact me with any requests. Hope you all enjoy what is left of your weekend.
